Quotepath (“we”, “our”, “us”) is a Shopify app that helps merchants manage B2B quote requests. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect data.

Data we collect

When installed, the Quotepath Shopify app collects quote request data submitted by store visitors (name, email, company, product, quantity, notes) and stores it in a database scoped to your shop domain. We also collect Shopify session tokens required for the Admin UI.

When you submit your email on this website, we store it only to contact you about early access. We do not sell it or use it for any other purpose.

Data location

All data is stored in EU-region infrastructure (Frankfurt). We do not transfer personal data outside the EU/EEA.

Third-party services

• Shopify — OAuth, billing, and storefront data.
• Resend — transactional email delivery for proposals and follow-ups.
• OpenRouter / Anthropic — AI-assisted pricing (buyer-supplied text is sandboxed and not used to train models).
• Cloudflare — CDN, DDoS protection, and cookieless web analytics (no personal data transferred).

Your rights (GDPR)

Shopify merchants can request data export or deletion via the Shopify admin. The app implements all required GDPR webhooks: customers/data_request, customers/redact, and shop/redact.
